Gloucestershire is one of the most beautiful places in the UK and there are several places within reach of our holiday home. The Cotswold Water Park near Cirencester spans over 40 square miles with more than 170 lakes for you to enjoy. In Bath, there is also Royal Victoria Park to explore with family. As a large public park, there is plenty for children to do. With over 57 acres of parkland, there is everything from botanical gardens to the Great Dell Aerial Walkway.

The Cheddar Caves and Wookey Hole are located in Somerset, a short journey away. From exploring the caves to climbing the gorge, there is so much to do.

For those that enjoy history, then Berkeley Castle should be on your list. The 12th century stately home was first inhabited by Robert Fitzharding and is today owned by the Berkeley Family.

Great group venue, and great value for money

Heather G-S.

Nice big cottage with all facilities you need. Great for a get together with a couple of other families with lovely walking in the woods straight from the farmhouse.

Michelle M.

Great size for a large group, all very comfortable, a little tired around the edges bit all part of the character and reasonable price.
